Bucyrus	Dragline excavator. One of three that were used to dig the channels in the late 1950's. Open Daily. Free Admission Located at the end of the Brolga Place shopping centre.

Forest Walks & Bird watching

Coleambally is situated in a pine forest and there are several walking tracks through the trees and shrubs.  Flora is a mixure of pines, acacias, gum trees and saltbush, to name just a few. Bird life in the Coleambally area is prolific, with over 80 different birds sighted. Among them is the Superb Parrot. Brolgas can be seen at certain times, notably during the rice season. Reference booklets on the native plants and birds are available at the Coleambally Caravan Park. (cost $25.00 each)

Farm Tours/ Biodiversity Blocks

By appointment only. Please book in advance if you would like to visit a local farm and/or one of the Biodiversity blocks.  These blocks are being maintained to provide a natural habitat for threatened species of flora and fauna.
